The IJA is proud of our tradition of being the leading force in competitive juggling for over 30 years. The IJA currently holds the following competitions at our annual IJA juggling festival:
- Stage Competition - This event promotes the performance side of juggling.
- Prop Competition - This event blends short performance skills with technical juggling.
- Numbers Competition - This is pure technical/sport juggling. Either you have it or you don't.
- Extreme Juggling Competition - This is your chance for 15 seconds of fame
- Joggling Competition - Juggling + Jogging = joggling. Fastest joggler wins.
