Martin: I already had an email composed and ready to go out about the survey and also asking if anyone wants to order Davenport T-shirts -- if we have enough interest, we will print up some more since we ran out of most sizes. (I'll post the T-shirt ordering info here too when we're ready.) Please run it by some people (at least the board) before you send this. Or even post it here and we can all review it. I agree with Gillmer that we should keep it short and it should primarily just be a link to web pages. As such, we need to set up those web pages before we send it. Two other things we may wish to touch on are: 1) let people know how to report and where to find lost props from the festival. 2) Give the link to the festival trailer. -Dave D.
