He can be very difficult to track down; my guess is that his personal and professional interests are legion, and leave little time for external stimulii. When I last saw him in 1994, he was the president of the American Mathematical Society, but he's no longer involved with the leadership of that organization [he may still be a member, though: inquire at ]. He was working at Lucient Labs back then, and may still be, though I don't know how to narrow it down further. I found his wife's professional website , and this might help your search. [She has a nice page devoted to Ron, , but no contact info that I could discern.]
