Katje's question was a reasonable one, since she posts draft minutes to the board forum for correction, and if Jaye is not reading that, then she needs to find another way to get draft minutes to her. I was shocked by the rudeness of Jaye's response to Katje. Jay has informed us that her health problems make it difficult for her to attend a conference call that begins at 8:30pm in her time zone. However, she has refused to provide any further information about the nature of these problems, so it is impossible for us to know if they are also affecting her judgement in some way. Andrew
