Downloadable Juggler Certificates to Give to New Jugglers
To encourage new jugglers to continue juggling, the IJA provides online Juggler Certificates which can be printed, signed and given to new jugglers that you've verified can juggle. The IJA Juggler Certificates are available below.
If you teach someone to juggle or a whole group of people to juggle, you can print up some blank certificates in advance and sign and hand them out to the successful new jugglers to give them some encouragement. Be sure to tell them to keep practicing so they'll get even better.
The standard of being able to juggle a set of objects is to be able to juggle them long enough in one try that each object is caught twice before the first drop. Thus you can give out a certificate if a new juggler is able to make six consecutive throws and catches of three balls. (If you want, you can require a higher level of demonstrated juggling ability before you sign and give a certificate. It's up to you.) You don't have to be an IJA member to sign these certificates.
Each certificate has a space in the middle for you to fill in the name of the new certified juggler and a place at the bottom for you to sign. There's also a line for the date (which is pre-filled in for the World Juggling Day Juggler Certificates).
Different Juggler Certificates are available as PDF files below, each in two paper sizes. Click on letter (for US, etc.) or A4 (for Europe, etc.) below for the size of the particular certificate that you want to download.
