Ordering from the IJA Store

You can find your IJA cart contents by signing in at:

• http://www.juggle.org/store/login

After signing in, click on Cart Contents in the upper right corner.

When you have the items in your cart that you want, click on Checkout in the upper right corner. Next you'll go through three pages where you'll:

1. Verify your shipping address, and click the blue Continue button.
2. Indicate payment by PayPal or by check, and click Continue.
3. Review your order and click the blue Confirm Order button.

(You may have to scroll down to see Continue or Confirm Order.)

Paying by check

If you're paying by check, the address to which you'll mail your check is shown just above and to the left of the Confirm Order button. In this case, after you click Confirm Order, you're done except for mailing the check.

Paying via PayPal

If you're paying with PayPal, after you click Confirm Order, you'll be taken to a PayPal login page. Log in or create a new PayPal account. Or if you don't have a PayPal account, you can indicate a credit card to be charged instead (handled by PayPal).

Confirm your PayPal payment to the IJA by clicking the Pay button and then wait (at least 10 seconds) until you're redirected to the IJA Store, where the purchase will be recorded by the IJA. If you aren't automatically redirected back to the IJA Store, you'll need to click on the link that says:

• "If you are not redirected within 10 seconds click here."

in order to have the IJA Store record your order.

Confirmation emails

Shortly after you finish your order, you'll receive an email from the IJA Store with the details of your purchase.

If you don't receive an IJA email promptly, your order may not have gone through. But make sure that your spam filters are not filtering out email from Store
(which you might want to put in your address book or in your "safe" or "white" list for incoming email).

If you pay through PayPal, you'll also receive an email from PayPal. If you receive a message from PayPal but not from the IJA Store, please contact us at the address below.
