| IJA table staff (8 needed) | Help out for a few hours at the IJA table, helping with registrations, information, t-shirt sales, ticket sales and other duties as needed. | | |
| Numbers Championships Director | Organize and direct the Numbers Championships, lining up judges and setting up and supervising the preliminaries during the week as well as the finals on Friday at noon. Collect entry fees from competitors and turn them in to the IJA cashier. Figure out where the competition will be held and make sure it is publicized. Report the winners to the IJA table for awarding of prize money and for listing in the fest newsletter.

| Individual Prop Competition Director | Organize and direct the Individual Prop Competition, lining up judges and supervising the Prop Competition on Thursday afternoon. Collect entry fees from competitors and turn them in to the IJA cashier. Figure out where the competition will be held and make sure it is publicized. Report the winners to the IJA table for awarding of prize money and for listing in the fest newsletter. | | |
| Runner with car | Will you have a personal vehicle with you in Sparks? Please let us know if you would be able and willing to run short errands if needed for the festival. This can include anything from running to the store for office supplies to picking up a VIP guest at the airport. | | |
| Security team door-checkers | Assist the Security Director and her team with a few hours checking attendee credentials at the gym door. | | |
| Evening Show Ushers | Assist in the Celebrity Showroom with seating, ticket-taking and program flyer distribution during one or more of the evening shows. | | |
| Security team | Assist the Security Director and her team with a few hours performing duties as assigned: gym safety patrol, door checkers, evening show security, etc. | | |
| Runner | Help the festival director and IJA table staff by offering to be a runner for a few hours, performing easy errands and helping out on-foot in the convention center and downtown area. | | |
| Daily Festival Newsletter Editor | Write, edit, produce and print the daily festival newsletter. Collect submissions from jugglers and attendees, write original items for each edition, collect and publish results of elections, competitions, awards. Pre-write filler items for each day\'s edition before the festival. Work with the festival director to get the newsletter printed and distributed by 10:00 AM each day. .
