Chasley Products – Novelty Juggling Beanbags

Display of Chasley juggling props

By David Cain

Chasley Products was established in 1981 by Barb and Charlie Brister of Seattle, Washington. Their original “Flying Penguini,” was designed by Barb to give Charlie something fun to juggle with. This led to a huge variety of themed beanbags as Charlie quit his previous career to focus full-time on novelty juggling beanbags. The company closed in 1998, but left a lasting impact on the juggling world.

In April of 2026, Chris Taibbi donated 17 Chasley sets to the Museum of Juggling History, which you can see at the top of this article.

Let’s look at the various beanbag sets that Chasley produced over the years.
