My name is Mateo Lasso. I have a 13-year-old journey and relationship with gravity, where I have had the opportunity to represent Colombia on various global juggling channels. I am currently pursuing a path of research focused on mixing and generating virtuoso spaces with movement, combining French, Italian, and other juggling techniques from Latin America. I have focused on generating an identity in my execution and also being able to broaden different perspectives in the creation of form and pattern when thinking about the visual and complex. I am a lover of innovation, the performing arts, dance, and the visual arts. I love creating connections through juggling, which has been my cure for taking this beautiful path to a place of new languages and in a professional and diverse manner. “Always up, if it falls, let it bounce…”

Mi nombre es Mateo Lasso, tengo un proceso y una relación con la gravedad hace 13 años donde he tenido la oportunidad de representar a Colombia en distintos canales de malabarismo global, actualmente llevo un camino de investigación focalizada en mezclar y generar espacios virtuosos con movimiento y mezclando técnica francesa, italiana y algunos rincones más a nivel Latinoamérica de Malabarismo. Me he enfocado en generar una identidad en la ejecución y también poder ampliar distintas perspectivas en la creación de forma y patronaje a la hora de pensar en lo visual y complejo.
