Have you already heard? The location for EJC in 2015 is going to be Bruneck/Brunico in Italy! Bruneck is a small town in the middle of the mountains in South Tyrol (Italy) where people usually like to go for skiing in winter and mountaineering in summer. But this year they’ll also be host to the thousands of jugglers, that the European Juggling Convention, the biggest festival of juggling and circus skills, is going to attract from August 1st to 9th.
Bruneck is happy to welcome EJC 2015 and provides us with a site ideal for an EJC: multiple gyms right next to about 30,000m² of green land for camping, caravaning, big tops and outdoor juggling space with the city center and all it’s facilities (train-station, supermarkets, restaurants etc.) being only a few walking-minutes away.
The time for setting up this EJC is short, because the team only stepped in last summer after the plans of having EJC 2015 in Karlsruhe fell through. But we have a very dedicated team with lots of experience, working constantly, so we are confident to master the task. As for every EJC the main motto will be “by jugglers – for jugglers” so everybody is invited to contribute to making the EJC a wonderful and colourful experience in whichever way they can: volunteering, giving workshops, helping out when help is needed.
The foremost task for the core-team was to cover the basic needs of an EJC. After sorting out these points we are very happy to announce that now the programme is filling up with a whole bunch of awsome events. There will be plenty of shows to watch: the Gala Show, the Fire Gala, Open Stages and Special Stages. In addition there will be organised Street Shows in various spots of the inner city of Bruneck throughout the week!
For all those who are looking forward to games and tournaments there will be Fight Night, the European Volleyclub Tournament and the European Jollyball Tournament as well as the usual Juggling Games (probably up high on Kronplatz-mountain!).
Prereg has opened on April 1st 2015 and we’d like to encourage everybody to register as soon as possible. We need the early registrations to ensure the financial security of the event and at the same time the jugglers profit from an early registration because in the first prereg-phase (April 1st-30th) the ticket-prices are significantly lower than in the later prereg-phases or onsite.

Please spread the word about EJC 2015 to the juggling world and invite everyone to come along!
See you all in Bruneck in August 2015!
