IJA Stage Championships

About the IJA Stage Championships


The IJA Stage Championships is a prestigious international competition recognizing top-level entertainment by offering medals and prize money for juggling performances. The goal of the IJA Stage Championships is to reward a stage-performed juggling act that is entertaining and marketable to a broad audience.

The IJA Stage Championships finals are held every year during the annual IJA Festival. Tickets for the final round of competitions are sold to the public.

2018 Medals & Prize Money

The top three acts in each category will receive IJA Championships medals and monetary awards.

In addition, this year, for each competitor who qualifies for the finals of the Stage Championships, the IJA will pay half the cost of that finalist’s Event Package, with the exception that for Teams entries the half-price Event Package will be available only to four people on each team. (Such finalists who register for the festival with an Event Package before becoming finalists will be refunded half of their Event Package price.)

How To Enter

Competitors are required to submit a video of their completed, polished routine, pay a registration fee, and complete all other application requirements by the May 15, 2018, deadline, in order to be considered for the finals. Finalists are announced no less than one month prior to the festival.
