IJA Tricks of the Month by Alexis Levillon from France | Diabolo

My name is Alexis Levillon. I am a French diabolo artist living in Belgium.

I’ve been into juggling for 14 years. I started during a student party when I was 20 years old. Before that I tried getting into various different sports but they all have too many rules and limitations.

After I started juggling, it was impossible to return to ordinary sports. Juggling is freedom to do what you want.

When I think to make a video, the first step is to find music, and this music will give me many ideas to create the video, like the atmosphere and the location.

The IJA’s Tricks of the Month gave me the opportunity to carry out some ideas that I’ve had for a long time.

This is my first juggling video I made since I quit my job to become full-time artist.

The diabolo I use in the video is a limited edition that I developed in partnership with Radfactor and Sundia.

I want to thank the Cirkus In Beweging, Belgium for the amazing spot to film my video.
