Cassaundra has been juggling staffs for 5 years. She is currently living and training at the Vulcan Studios in Oakland California, where this video was filmed. This vlog showcases different patterns mixing forward bramson rolls, chest placements and anti spin tosses. They’re the newest patterns she has been working on.
