I am Cris or Nomedigancris, I am 22 years old and I am from Bogota – Colombia, happily a circus artist for five years when I found juggling, aerial dance and flow arts among protests, marches and friends. Although I practice many disciplines, my encounter with poi has been different, it has led me to explore movement and ways of understanding space and my own body in an organic and unique way, but above all it has shown me how great it is to create in community and teach and learn constantly.
The video is recorded at the national university, a place where my life and my juggling have taken place for many years. In the video I show several combinations of poi tricks and some experimentation with throws and patterns in different spaces and platforms.
