Sicki was a German performer born in 1935. He was a talented juggler at a young age, as the following photos can attest.

His most famous routine consisted of kicking up cups and saucers onto his head; a routine created by Ferry Mader and made famous by Rudy Horn and Dieter Tasso. Sicki performed the routine on a rolling globe instead of a unicycle like Horn or a slack rope like Tasso. Sicki was a popular performer all throughout the 1950s. While not much is known about him, we do have two newly found videos of Sicki performing. The first comes from the Bobby Jule Collection and is seen here for the first time. Thanks, Bobby.

The second is one that was recently put online. It is quite clear and shows Sicki’s skill up close.

Sicki was not the only juggler to perform the cups and saucers on a rolling globe in the 1950s. Mimi Willey also performed this feat, as you can see in the following photo.
